Baby Handknit Merino Wool Booties and Hat | 3-6 Months | Purple | Faux Suede Sole | Double Pom Pom | Baby Bootie | Baby Hat

This sweet little hat & bootie set is hand made by me using 100% Merino wool.  Merino wool is moisture-wicking, temperature regulating, biodegradable, and odour-resistant.  These items will hold their shape and, with proper care, they will last considerably longer than those made with acrylic or acrylic/wool blend yarn, making this set the perfect gift to be passed down for generations.

The faux fur poms are removable (tied on inside with a button) so the hat can be worn without them and they can be removed for washing.

The soles and hat patch are faux suede, handcrafted by my friend Jayne Tucker from Two Little Rainbows. They are not lined. The bootie ties are also faux suede.
