Custom Order

I love to provide customers with the opportunity to choose the perfect design and colour!  

To start your custom order, a $10 initial consultation fee is required.  This fee is non-refundable but will go towards the final price of your order when you choose to go ahead.  The reason for this fee is that consultation can take considerable time and effort to ensure we get your order just right.  The consultation fee partially compensates my time in the event that customer chooses not to go ahead with their order.

After we decide on style and colour, I will send an invoice via email.  50% of the final amount will be due immediately, with the remaining 50% due upon order completion.  Orders will not be sent out until paid in full.
